The Assay Assured Jewellery Retailer trustmark is open to all UK-based online jewellery retailers. On application, you will be audited to ensure your online retailing operation complies with our code of conduct.
In order to become an Assay Assured Jewellery Retailer you must sign and comply with our legally binding Assay Assured Jewellery Retailer agreement and pay an annual fee.
The application process starts when you sign up using our online application form. Once your application has been submitted you will be audited. After completion of the audit and satisfactory implementation of any Assay Assured mandatory recommendations you will be supplied with an Assay Assured Jewellery Retailer trustmark and certificate.
