How to report a query: Precious metal jewellery purchased by a UK consumer from Assay Assured Jewellery Retailers must conform to the Code of Conduct. If you believe your purchase does not conform, first contact the retailer and make them aware of your concerns.

If you are unable to resolve your concerns and wish to refer your concern to our arbitration service, please submit the following form. All fields must completed accurately. Failure to do so may prevent us from tracing any issues. Additionally, forms can only be submitted for queries related to a purchase from an Assay Assured Retailer.
