We are thrilled to collaborate with North Berwick-based jeweller, Hannah Louise Lamb, on an exciting giveaway this November!

Hannah has recently become a Certified Assay Assured retailer, reflecting her commitment to consumer protection and high-quality craftsmanship. One winner will receive a beautiful, custom-made piece from Hannah’s signature Coastline collection. The winner will collaborate with Hannah to create a piece based on a coastline they treasure, which Hannah will translate into one of her intricately hand-pierced pieces.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to all Instagram and Facebook users based in the UK who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Assay Assured, its affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in this giveaway.
  2. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must
    1. Instagram
      1. Like the giveaway post
      2. Follow @assayassured on Instagram
    2. AND/OR
    3. Facebook
      1. Like the giveaway post
      2. Follow Assay Assured on Facebook
    4. For one additional entry on both Instagram and Facebook, tag a friend in the comments.
      1. The total number of entries possible per account is 4 (2 via Instagram and 2 via Facebook).
  3. Entry Period: The giveaway begins on 4 November 2024 and closes on 20 November 2024. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be eligible.
  4. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a piece of custom jewellery by Hannah Louise Lamb. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other prize subscription is permitted. The winner will liaise directly with Hannah to create a custom piece from her coastline collection. The type of piece will be selected from a list pre-approved by Hannah. The winner will receive the finished prize no later than 28 February 2025.
  5. Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be selected in a random draw done by Assay Assured. The winner will be notified via Instagram or Facebook direct message within 7 days. Assay Assured shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a winners provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact information.
  6. Claiming the Prize: If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or fails to confirm contact information within 7 days from the time of the award notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. The winner must agree to be contacted by e-mail by both Assay Assured and Hannah Louise Lamb for award fulfillment.
  7. Purpose: This giveaway is part of a collaboration between Assay Assured and Hannah Louise Lamb. The purpose of this giveaway is to promote consumer awareness of hallmarking and Assay Assured, the trustmark for buying jewellery online.

  8. General Conditions: Assay Assured reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Assay Assured’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper function of the giveaway, as determined by Assay Assured.

  9. Limitation of Liability: By entering this giveaway, you agree to the terms and conditions of the giveaway and agree to release Assay Assured and any of its affiliates or subsidiaries from any liability, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from your participation in the giveaway.

  10. This giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

  11. Privacy policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Assay Assured website.
